Here are the documents our blogger was served with, unlawfully revoking his Second Amendment rights, all because of one crazy lady's ex parte (that is, one sided) petition.

In honor of Michael Roth of Quartszite, Arizona, a federal civil rights lawsuit, suing the Justices of the Arizona Supreme Court. See the blog "Michael's Law" for play by play coverage of the suit.

Who woulda thunk that this little blog would be the genesis of a federal law suit? For our blogger has had his Second Amendment gun rights revoked, absent law, simply for blogging! So much for both the First and Second Amendment! (So much for America.)

Well, maybe there is a higher purpose here. For this has happened before, in Quartzsite, Arizona, where Michael Roth lost his gun rights simply because he called someone a name. (And that only once.) Worse, there is no law in Arizona giving a judge the power to do this.

We suspect this has happened to untold thousands of men in Arizona who have suffered at the hands of vindictive women who go crying (and lying) to judges.

Class Action, anybody?

Told from a fundamental Christian perspective with heavy reliance on the Bible, the sad story of a foolish woman, per Proverbs 14:1, as told by a third party eye witness, a long time friend of the family.

While nothing can be done to stop ungodly women from breaking their vows and leaving their husbands (such things must come), perhaps telling this story can mitigate the sin damage to the children.
